Joe & The Juice is seeking energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Servers to provide excellent dining and beverage service in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist customers, take and serve orders, maintain clean service areas, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure an efficient and positive guest experience. Applicants with experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry are encouraged to apply.
Food & Beverage Server
Qualifications:
- Age: 23–35 years old.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing active food and beverage service duties.
- Previous experience as a Barista or Food & Beverage Worker is preferred.
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, fast-food establishments, hotels, or other food service environments is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Present menus and assist customers with food and beverage selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or beverage preparation team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company standards.
- Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper presentation.
- Respond to customer questions and requests professionally.
- Provide information about menu items, ingredients, beverages, and promotions when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, baristas, cashiers, and other restaurant personnel.
- Clear and reset tables and maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and other restaurant operations.
- Support the team during busy periods and peak service hours.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and refer complex issues to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned.
