RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Open to male and female applicants.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Manager in a Restaurant or Fast Food environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• With good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain proper inventory control and stock management.
• Ensure the restaurant meets company policies and operational standards.
• Coordinate with management to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
