Food & Beverage Counter Server
Qualifications:
- Experience as a waiter, service crew, or food server is highly preferred.
- Willing to obtain F&B NC II upon selection.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Customer-service oriented with a polite, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand and perform service duties for extended periods.
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
- Must possess a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and provide friendly and professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide information about available food and beverage items.
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented before serving.
- Handle customer requests, concerns, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining, and service areas.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure food and beverage items are stored and handled properly.
- Replenish food, beverages, condiments, utensils, packaging, and other service supplies as needed.
- Assist with setting up and preparing the service counter before operations.
- Clear and clean tables, counters, trays, and other customer service areas when required.
- Handle customer payments and transactions accurately when assigned.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other food service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor food presentation, quality, freshness, and portioning according to company standards.
- Follow company policies, service procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional, presentable, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other general food and beverage service duties.
- Perform other duties related to food and beverage counter service as assigned by management.
