Architect / 3D Visualizer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related design discipline.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Advertising / Media; Architecture / Urban Studies; Art & Design; Engineering (Others) or similar fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with 5–7 years preferred, in architecture, exhibition design, event design, experiential environments, spatial visualization, or related fields.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating experience in exhibition stands, event environments, experiential spaces, architectural concepts, and 3D visualization.
• Proven experience delivering projects from concept development through production and installation.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and documentation.
• Advanced expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Strong rendering and visualization skills using V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for presentation, graphic design, and post-production.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and large-format graphic design, brand application, and visual identity.
• Knowledge of wayfinding and signage design, printed collateral, event materials, and digital/screen graphic content.
• Working knowledge of production methods, fabrication detailing, material applications, and installation requirements.
• Familiarity with animation, walkthrough, and interactive presentation tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, visualization, and presentation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven professional environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, technical accuracy, and visual quality.
• Excellent presentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, designers, production teams, fabricators, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while meeting project deadlines.
• Professional training in 3D visualization, experiential design, exhibition design, or architectural technology is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, exhibition stands, event environments, experiential spaces, and spatial design solutions.
• Create detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations based on project concepts, client requirements, and design briefs.
• Prepare architectural drawings, technical documentation, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Handle environmental and large-format graphic design for exhibitions, events, and experiential environments.
• Develop and apply brand elements, visual identity, and corporate guidelines across project spaces.
• Design wayfinding and signage systems that are functional, clear, and visually consistent with project branding.
• Prepare printed collateral, event materials, promotional graphics, and other visual communication materials.
• Create digital and screen-based graphic content for exhibitions, events, and branded environments.
• Produce realistic renderings, perspectives, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client review.
• Translate creative concepts into technically feasible designs suitable for fabrication and installation.
• Develop design solutions from initial concept and visualization through production and installation.
• Prepare client presentations, design proposals, pitch decks, and other presentation materials.
• Coordinate design requirements with clients, project managers, production teams, fabricators, contractors, and installers.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality and project objectives.
• Prepare fabrication details and consider appropriate materials, finishes, construction methods, and applications.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on drawings, 3D models, graphics, renderings, and final presentation materials.
• Assist in monitoring the visual execution of projects during production and installation.
• Provide technical and creative guidance to junior designers and assist with mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on current architectural visualization, exhibition, experiential design, graphic design, and visualization techniques.
• Perform other architectural, visualization, design, and project-related duties assigned by management.
