Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant, or food service environment in a similar role.
• At least High School graduate.
• Strong passion for delivering consistently high standards of hospitality and customer service.
• Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed when dealing with guests and busy service periods.
• Relevant hospitality qualifications or training are desirable.
• Willingness to follow company procedures, service standards, hygiene requirements, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistently high standards of customer service to ensure all guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with seating and provide menus when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar team.
• Provide accurate information about menu items, ingredients, beverages, and available promotions when requested.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming attitude throughout the service.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns professionally and refer issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and other items efficiently and safely.
• Reset and prepare tables promptly for new guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow established restaurant service procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and assigned work areas.
• Handle food and beverages carefully while observing proper hygiene and food-safety practices.
• Process or coordinate guest bills and payments according to company procedures when assigned.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as required.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant and guest service as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
