STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

Exposed in a Medical Surgical Ward or General Ward (Rotation), ICU, OR, ER etc.
Highly motivated, able to work as a team in a fast paced environment
Good communication skills, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Monitors vital signs, intake and output, intravenous fluids and sees and close watch patients often.
Make rounds with attending physicians, assists when examining patients, and carry out all order given.
Administers and charts medications and patient’s reaction to medical administrations. Gives health teaching thereafter.

Requirements:

Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
PEOS certificate
Vax Certificate
