STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

• Exposed in a Medical Surgical Ward or General Ward (Rotation), ICU, OR, ER etc.
• Highly motivated, able to work as a team in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitors vital signs, intake and output, intravenous fluids and sees and close watch patients often.
• Make rounds with attending physicians, assists when examining patients, and carry out all order given.
• Administers and charts medications and patient’s reaction to medical administrations. Gives health teaching thereafter.

Requirements:

• Detailed Resume with job description/duties & responsibilities
• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
