Golden Petrol Company is seeking a highly experienced Oil Change Technical Supervisor to lead the technical and operational performance of its oil change and automotive quick-service centers. The successful candidate will oversee workshop operations, supervise technical personnel, ensure high-quality preventive maintenance services, and drive operational excellence across multiple service locations. This role requires extensive expertise in automotive aftersales, lubrication systems, fleet maintenance, workshop management, and the use of enterprise business systems.

Oil Change Technical Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants.
  • Age: 25–48 years old.
  • Open to First-Time Overseas Applicants and Ex-Abroad Applicants.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in Automotive aftersales, Oil change services, Quick lube operations, Fleet maintenance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-site automotive service or maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Automotive lubrication systems, Preventive maintenance, Automotive workshop operations, Quality management systems
  • Experience using Oracle ERP (preferred), Oracle Xstore or similar POS systems, Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience managing operational performance.
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily operations of oil change and quick-service maintenance centers.
  • Manage and lead workshop supervisors, technicians, and service personnel across multiple locations.
  • Ensure oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, fluid checks, and preventive maintenance are performed according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality to achieve operational targets.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workshop operations.
  • Conduct technical inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with automotive service standards.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for customer vehicles and fleet operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to technicians and workshop staff.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and utilization of workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and service machinery.
  • Manage inventory of lubricants, filters, spare parts, and workshop consumables.
  • Coordinate purchasing requirements to ensure uninterrupted workshop operations.
  • Utilize ERP systems, POS platforms, and business intelligence tools to monitor inventory, sales, operational performance, and reporting.
  • Prepare operational, technical, and management reports for senior leadership.
  • Investigate customer complaints and technical issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to support efficient operations.
  • Perform other technical and supervisory duties assigned by management.
