Four Seasons Hotel is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in guest rooms while delivering exceptional service in a luxury 4–5-star hotel environment.

Room Attendant

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant in a 4–5-star hotel.
• Must be currently employed as a Room Attendant.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related course.
• NC II in Housekeeping/Room Attendant is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Applicants must submit an updated résumé along with a colored copy of their passport.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, replenish toiletries, and restock in-room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them promptly.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged and ready for occupancy.
• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, supplies, and work areas in an organized and safe condition.
