Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience in a hospital or nursing home facility.
  • Experience providing care for patients with dementia is required.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to healthcare.
  • Ability to deliver safe, attentive, and high-quality nursing care.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment with diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Assess, monitor, and document patientsโ€™ health conditions and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions and nursing standards.
  • Provide specialized care and support for patients with dementia and other healthcare needs.
  • Assist patients with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and caregivers to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Follow healthcare policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
