METAL PRESS (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants aged 22 to 28 years old.
• Candidates must be high school graduates or higher.
• Willing to undergo 4 months of Japanese language training free of charge.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing, metal works, or machine operation is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
• Willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in metal press and stamping machine operations according to company procedures.
• Load, position, and remove metal materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are met.
• Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities or equipment issues immediately.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, machines, and work areas.
• Follow production schedules, technical instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to achieve operational targets efficiently.
• Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
