Job Location: Japan
Technical Skill Development Cooperative is seeking qualified and hardworking Industrial Packaging Workers under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) to work in Japan. The successful candidates will perform packaging, labeling, sorting, inspection, material handling, and other production-related tasks while maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and proper packaging standards.
INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING (TITP)
Qualifications:
- Female, 22–30 years old.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience.
- Physically and emotionally healthy and capable of performing industrial packaging and production work.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and handle products and packaging materials.
- Basic knowledge of packaging, production, manufacturing, or warehouse-related work is an advantage.
- Able to follow instructions, production procedures, quality standards, and safety rules.
- Good attention to detail, particularly in product inspection, counting, labeling, and packaging.
- Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Willing to learn Japanese industrial packaging methods and workplace practices.
- Willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training, free of charge.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial packaging of products and materials according to established procedures.
- Prepare products, packaging materials, boxes, containers, labels, and other supplies for production.
- Sort and organize products before packaging.
- Inspect products for visible defects, damage, or irregularities before packing.
- Measure, count, weigh, and prepare products according to specified quantities.
- Wrap, seal, pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.
- Operate basic packaging tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Follow packaging specifications, work instructions, and production schedules.
- Ensure products are properly protected and packaged to prevent damage during handling and transportation.
- Check labels, product information, quantities, and packaging materials for accuracy.
- Separate defective or improperly packaged products and report issues to supervisors.
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and arranging products and packaging materials.
- Maintain proper organization of materials and finished products in designated areas.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine care of packaging equipment and tools.
- Keep the production and packaging area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Follow proper procedures for handling materials and finished products.
- Observe workplace safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production workers to meet daily production targets.
- Follow Japanese workplace rules and manufacturing procedures.
- Perform other industrial packaging and production-related duties as assigned.
