EXCAVATING WORKS (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Must be 20–30 years old.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
• Must be hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Must be willing to undergo four (4) months of Japanese language training, free of charge.
• Must be willing to learn Japanese workplace practices and follow company rules and regulations.
• Must be willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in excavation and earthmoving activities at construction sites.
• Dig, remove, transfer, and level soil, gravel, and other materials as instructed.
• Operate basic excavation tools and assist in handling construction equipment.
• Assist equipment operators during excavation and earthmoving operations.
• Prepare construction areas by clearing debris and removing unwanted materials.
• Measure and mark excavation areas according to project specifications and instructions.
• Assist in trenching, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Follow construction plans, supervisor instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the construction site.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
