DAIRY PRODUCTS MAKER

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With relevant work experience in dairy production, food processing, or dairy product manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in processing milk and preparing dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, and other milk-based products.
• Familiar with milk handling, pasteurization, storage, and basic dairy processing procedures.
• Skilled in operating basic dairy processing equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, quality control, and food safety practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks, including standing for extended periods and handling materials.
• Hardworking, responsible, disciplined, and attentive to details.
• Ability to follow production instructions, recipes, and established quality standards.
• Capable of working independently and coordinating with other production staff.

Responsibilities:

• Process fresh milk and prepare various dairy products according to production requirements.
• Perform milk handling, filtering, pasteurization, cooling, and storage procedures as instructed.
• Prepare dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, butter, cream, and other milk-based products.
• Operate and monitor dairy processing equipment, machinery, and production tools.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to approved recipes and production specifications.
• Monitor processing temperatures, timing, consistency, and product quality.
• Package, label, and store finished dairy products properly.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, utensils, containers, and production areas.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Maintain proper records of production activities, inventory, and product batches when required.
• Follow workplace hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Report equipment problems, product defects, or production concerns to the supervisor.
