VEHICLE ASSEMBLER

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With relevant work experience in vehicle assembly, automotive manufacturing, or industrial production.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle components, assembly procedures, and automotive tools.
• Familiar with installing and fitting vehicle parts, including mechanical, electrical, and interior components.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper handling of automotive components.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods, lifting materials, and performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other assembly team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble vehicle components and parts according to production instructions and technical specifications.
• Install and fit mechanical, electrical, interior, and exterior vehicle components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure proper fitting, alignment, and installation.
• Check completed assembly work for defects, missing components, or quality issues.
• Follow production schedules, assembly procedures, and quality control standards.
• Report defective parts, equipment problems, and assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials used in the assembly process.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of workstations and assembly equipment.
• Observe workplace safety rules and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and fellow workers to meet production targets and deadlines.
