Four Seasons Hotel is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join its luxury hospitality team in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving premium beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining bar operations, and ensuring an outstanding experience for hotel guests in a 4–5-star environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a 4–5-star hotel.
• Must be currently employed as a Bartender.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related course.
• NC II Certificate is required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Proficient in customer service, multitasking, and POS system operations.
• Professional appearance with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
• Applicants must submit an updated résumé along with a colored copy of their passport.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with guests and responding to their requests.
• Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware, equipment, and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with stock control and ordering.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations.
