BRANCH MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Open to Male and Female applicants.
• Must be 25 to 39 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must not be an ex-Kuwait worker.
• Previous experience in branch management, catering, food service, restaurant operations, retail, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and management.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple branch activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily branch operations.
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced catering or service environment.
• Must be willing to follow company policies, workplace safety standards, and operational procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Supervise, coordinate, and support branch employees in their daily duties.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure efficient and organized branch operations.
• Monitor customer service and ensure customers receive professional and timely assistance.
• Coordinate food service, catering, sales, and operational activities as required.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and other branch resources.
• Coordinate stock receiving, storage, replenishment, and proper handling of supplies.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of products and services.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Handle routine customer concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding branch requirements.
• Assist in staff training, orientation, and development.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and organization of the branch.
• Ensure employees follow workplace health, safety, and food hygiene requirements.
• Monitor branch expenses and the proper use of company resources.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor sales and operational performance and provide updates to management.
• Identify operational problems and recommend practical improvements.
• Maintain good working relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and management.
• Ensure the branch consistently meets company standards for service, quality, and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
