Farm Agro-Processing Cooperative is seeking qualified and hardworking applicants for the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) – Agriculture (Fruit Growing) in Japan. The successful candidates will participate in agricultural activities involving the planting, cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting of fruit and other crops. This opportunity is suitable for applicants with practical farming experience who are willing to learn Japanese, adapt to a new working environment, and commit to working in Japan for the required training period.

AGRICULTURE (FRUIT GROWING)

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid passport and driver’s license.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Must have relevant farming experience, particularly in planting and cultivating tree crops, growing vegetables, and growing and maintaining fruit crops.
• Must be willing to work in Japan for 3–5 years.
• Must have experience working as part of a team.
• Must demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills.
• Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language, preferably up to JLPT N4 level or higher.
• Must be willing to follow and comply with company rules, regulations, and workplace policies.
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Must be physically capable of performing agricultural and farm-related work.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and perform physically demanding farming activities.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with supervisors and fellow workers.
• Must be responsible and committed to completing assigned tasks properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Plant, cultivate, and maintain fruit-bearing trees and other agricultural crops.
• Perform regular care and maintenance of fruit crops throughout the growing cycle.
• Assist in planting and cultivating tree crops according to established farming practices.
• Grow and maintain vegetables and other assigned agricultural crops.
• Prepare soil, planting areas, and materials required for crop production.
• Perform watering, fertilizing, pruning, weeding, and other routine crop-care activities.
• Monitor crops for proper growth, health, and development.
• Assist with pest and disease control measures as instructed.
• Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation from growing areas.
• Assist with fruit harvesting and the proper handling of harvested produce.
• Sort, clean, and prepare agricultural products according to workplace procedures.
• Handle farming tools, equipment, and materials properly and safely.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, fields, and agricultural facilities.
• Follow instructions and established agricultural production procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other farm workers and supervisors.
• Follow company rules, regulations, safety requirements, and workplace policies.
• Participate in training and learn improved agricultural techniques and work practices.
• Study and use the Japanese language to communicate effectively in the workplace.
• Demonstrate responsibility, adaptability, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Perform other agricultural duties as assigned by the company.
