Farm Agro-Processing Cooperative is seeking hardworking and motivated Agricultural Workers for cultivation and fruit farming operations in Japan. The successful candidates will assist with planting, cultivating, maintaining, and harvesting fruit trees, crops, plants, and vegetables while following proper agricultural practices and workplace safety procedures. The position is suitable for candidates with farming experience who are willing to learn Japanese and adapt to agricultural work in Japan.

CULTIVATION AGRICULTURE – FRUIT FARMING

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Graduate.
• Male applicants, 20–37 years old.
• Must have an International Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is required.
• Must have practical experience in planting trees, crops, plants, and vegetables.
• Knowledge of basic cultivation, crop maintenance, and farm work practices.
• Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor agricultural work, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and walking for extended periods.
• Willing to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks in different weather conditions.
• Experience in teamwork or leadership is an advantage.
• Good personality, positive attitude, responsible work ethic, and willingness to cooperate with others.
• Willing to learn new agricultural techniques and follow farm instructions.
• Willing to learn and study the Japanese language up to N4 level or higher.
• Willing to work in Japan for 3–5 years.
• Adaptable and willing to learn Japanese workplace practices and agricultural methods.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general agricultural and fruit farming activities according to farm schedules and instructions.
• Prepare soil, planting areas, and farm plots for cultivation.
• Plant and cultivate fruit trees, crops, plants, and vegetables.
• Assist with transplanting, watering, fertilizing, weeding, and other crop maintenance activities.
• Perform pruning, trimming, training, and other appropriate care of fruit trees and plants.
• Monitor crops and fruit trees for pests, diseases, weeds, and other conditions requiring attention.
• Assist with the application of fertilizers and other approved agricultural products as instructed.
• Maintain irrigation and watering systems and ensure crops receive adequate water.
• Assist with fruit and crop harvesting at the appropriate stage of maturity.
• Sort, clean, handle, and prepare harvested fruits and agricultural products according to farm standards.
• Perform basic post-harvest handling and packing activities when required.
• Use farming tools, equipment, and machinery safely and properly.
• Conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment.
• Transport crops, harvested fruits, materials, tools, and supplies around the farm as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe farm work areas.
• Follow farm production schedules, instructions, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with other agricultural workers and assist team members in completing daily tasks.
• Support supervisors or team leaders in maintaining efficient farm operations.
• Perform other cultivation, fruit farming, and agricultural duties assigned by management.
