Pioneer Stage is seeking an experienced PPF Installer to perform professional automotive paint protection film installation and detailing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, applying protective films, and ensuring smooth, precise, and high-quality finishes that meet customer and company standards.

PPF Installer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPF installation or a related automotive detailing field.
• Skilled in automotive film installation, tinting, polishing, or similar vehicle finishing work.
• Knowledgeable in surface preparation, application techniques, and finishing procedures.
• Ability to use automotive detailing tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, clean results.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install paint protection film (PPF) on various types of vehicles with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform proper vehicle surface preparation before film application.
• Apply automotive films, tinting materials, and related protective coatings according to specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment, adhesion, trimming, and finishing of installed films.
• Use automotive detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work to ensure clean finishes and high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards during all installation activities.
• Work independently or coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
