Pioneer Stage is seeking an experienced Car Polisher to provide professional automotive polishing and detailing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, performing polishing and finishing procedures, and ensuring vehicles achieve a clean, smooth, and high-quality appearance according to company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Car Polisher or in a related automotive detailing field.
• Skilled in automotive polishing, paint correction, detailing, and finishing work.
• Knowledgeable in proper surface preparation, polishing techniques, and finishing procedures.
• Ability to safely operate automotive detailing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform automotive polishing, paint correction, and surface finishing on various vehicle types.
• Inspect vehicle surfaces to identify scratches, swirl marks, imperfections, and areas requiring correction.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces properly before polishing and detailing procedures.
• Use polishing machines, detailing tools, and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Apply polishing compounds, waxes, and finishing products according to recommended procedures.
• Ensure completed work meets quality standards with a clean and professional finish.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow proper safety procedures and company guidelines during all detailing activities.
• Work independently or collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
