Accurate Infrastructure Solutions Australia Pty. Ltd. is seeking experienced Bricklayers to construct, repair, and maintain brick, block, and stone structures for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Australia. The successful candidate will ensure all masonry work is completed with precision, durability, and in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

BRICKLAYER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Bricklayer.
• Graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Strong knowledge of constructing and repairing walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and mortar.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
• Skilled in using masonry hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure and mark reference points to ensure accurate layout and alignment of masonry work.
• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and natural or manufactured stone using mortar and appropriate masonry techniques.
• Construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, chimneys, retaining walls, arches, and other masonry structures.
• Mix mortar and other bonding materials to the required consistency.
• Check alignment, level, and plumb using levels, plumb lines, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Cut and shape bricks, blocks, and stones using hand and power tools to fit project requirements.
• Repair, restore, clean, and maintain existing masonry structures.
• Install damp-proofing and other protective materials where required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Perform other masonry-related duties assigned by supervisors.
