Retail Showroom Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail sales or showroom management.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or Retail Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, retail operations, and POS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised.
• Implement company policies and operational procedures.
• Achieve showroom sales targets and profitability goals.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer traffic.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
