CORPORATE TRAINER
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in training design and delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior trainer role.
- Experience working across diverse industries and/or multi-entity organizations preferred.
- Certification in Training & Assessment, Instructional Design, or Leadership Development is an advantage.
Responsibilities:Â
- Design and implement engaging, high-impact training programs tailored to business unit needs (e.g retail, customer service, technical, leadership, compliance).
- Deliver training sessions using blended learning methods (in-person workshops, e-learning, coaching, on the job facilitation).
- Evaluate trainings effectiveness and continuously refine content to ensure measurable improvements in employee performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Allocate trainer resources across business units to ensure coverage and timely delivery of training programs.
- Promote a collaborative, high performance learning culture within training team.
- Track training attendance, completion, and performance outcomes using LMS and other reporting tools.
- Present regular reports and insights to senior management on training impact, gaps, and recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with business unit managers to tailor training solutions to operational realities.
