Trends Beauty International is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen its brand presence and marketing operations in Papua New Guinea. The company is looking for a strategic and creative professional who can develop effective marketing campaigns and drive business growth across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for experienced marketing professionals with strong leadership skills and expertise in digital and brand marketing.

MARKETING MANAGER

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s / College Degree in Advertising, Media, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand management.
Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Creative thinker with strategic mindset.
Ability to interpret market data and performance metrics effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and other platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Lead brand management initiatives to ensure a consistent and strong company image.
Manage social media accounts, website content, and online brand reputation.
Coordinate with sales teams to develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Plan and control marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Oversee creation of promotional materials, advertisements, and corporate communications.
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, vendors, and external agencies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Lead and manage marketing team members to achieve department objectives.
