Al Fanar Company is seeking experienced and skilled Cooks to join its catering operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, particularly for bulk catering services, while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations. Candidates must be capable of preparing meals for large groups and maintaining consistent food quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of proven work experience as a Cook, preferably in catering or bulk food production.
• Must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in a related field or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of catering operations and bulk meal preparation for 50 persons or more.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Physically fit and capable of performing kitchen duties for extended periods.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals according to approved recipes and company standards.
• Plan and organize food preparation for bulk catering operations serving 50 persons or more.
• Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Properly store food items and monitor inventory to minimize waste.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing food supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.
