KB Company Sdn. Bhd. is looking for professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented FOH / Servers to join its team in Brunei. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by delivering prompt and courteous service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

FOH/SERVER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar food service role.
• Must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to relocate and work in Brunei.
• Must have a valid passport and be able to meet Brunei’s employment and work permit requirements.
• Proficiency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and ongoing promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality service standards.
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
• Process guest payments and issue receipts when applicable.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors as needed.
