Abdulrahman Al Bader Sons Co For Trading and Contracting Co. is seeking qualified and highly skilled Multi Welders for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will perform high-quality GTAW/TIG welding on pipes and industrial components, particularly in oil and gas, refinery, shutdown, and pipeline projects.
MULTI WELDER
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial welding experience.
- Experience in oil and gas, refinery, shutdown, or industrial projects.
- Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid 6G Welding Certification from an accredited body such as AWS or ASME.
- Proven experience in 6G GTAW/TIG welding of stationary pipes.
- Skilled in welding carbon steel, stainless steel, 6-Moly, and clad piping materials.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, piping isometric drawings, welding symbols, and interpreting WPS.
- Knowledge of TIG equipment setup, calibration, operation, and maintenance.
- Ability to perform high-quality, full-penetration welds on high-pressure piping and industrial components.
- At least High School or Vocational Graduate.
- Must have a TESDA Welding Certificate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to welding quality.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding industrial environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform 6G-position GTAW/TIG welding on stationary pipes positioned at a 45-degree angle.
- Perform welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, 6-Moly, clad piping, and other industrial materials.
- Produce high-quality, full-penetration welds according to approved specifications and WPS requirements.
- Weld high-pressure pipelines, storage tanks, piping systems, and structural components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, piping isometric drawings, welding symbols, and WPS.
- Set up, adjust, calibrate, and maintain TIG welding equipment and related tools.
- Select appropriate welding electrodes, filler materials, gases, and equipment settings according to job requirements.
- Prepare pipe joints and surfaces before welding.
- Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and other weld preparation or finishing activities as required.
- Follow approved welding procedures, safety requirements, and quality control standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and report damaged or defective tools.
- Coordinate with welding inspectors, supervisors, fitters, and other project personnel.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe handling of welding equipment.
- Perform other welding and fabrication duties assigned by management.
