WAITRESS

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.

Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.

Minimum 5 years of previous work experience as a Waitress or Waitress Helper.

Secondary education diploma for a waitress or TESDA Certificate for Waitress.

Must be able to provide documents or proof of previous employment as a waitress.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.

Skilled in beverage preparation, tray handling, cash register operation, and maintaining workplace cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.

Communicate effectively with guests, respond to inquiries, and recommend suitable drinks when requested.

Take customer orders quickly and accurately, even during busy service periods.

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, lemonades, basic cocktails, and bottled drinks.

Serve beverages and other orders efficiently while safely carrying and handling trays.

Manage multiple tables and provide prompt service, including handling up to 15 tables at a time during peak periods.

Operate the cash register, issue bills, and accurately process cash and card payments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, toilet, service stations, and other areas.

Follow established customer service, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
