PINOY 385 D.O.O. is seeking passionate and hardworking Assistant Cooks for deployment to Croatia. The successful candidate will assist in preparing Mediterranean, Italian, Western, and Japanese cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
ASSISTANT WAITER
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and carry service items for extended periods.
- Reliable, hardworking, courteous, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist waiters in serving food and beverages, including delivering orders, carrying plates, and assisting with drinks.
- Prepare and arrange tables with silverware, glassware, napkins, and other dining essentials before service.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils promptly and reset tables for new guests.
- Respond to guest requests, including water refills, bread service, and other basic dining needs.
- Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Assist with buffets, special events, and other food and beverage service activities as required.
- Support the service team in maintaining efficient and courteous guest service.
