PROCESS ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar engineering field.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Experience in battery manufacturing or a heavy industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production monitoring, and process optimization.
- Experience analyzing production data, downtime, scrap rates, and yield performance.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, safety, yield efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Monitor daily production processes to ensure compliance with approved manufacturing standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
- Analyze production data, process flow, equipment downtime, scrap rates, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
- Investigate production losses, quality defects, and process inefficiencies through systematic root cause analysis.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to address recurring production problems.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Evaluate process parameters and production methods to improve product consistency and reduce material waste.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on process performance and improvement results.
- Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Help ensure manufacturing operations comply with workplace safety requirements and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs, minimize downtime, and optimize the use of production resources.
