HOSTESS

Qualifications:

• Male or Female applicants are welcome.
• 23–35 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• First-time overseas applicants and ex-abroad applicants are welcome.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have no visible tattoos.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and confident personality.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods and high-volume operations.
• Experience working in hospitality, restaurants, or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage guest arrivals, reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when appropriate.
• Provide accurate information about restaurant services, menus, promotions, and operating procedures.
• Monitor table availability and coordinate seating with waitstaff and restaurant management.
• Maintain an organized and efficient reception or host station.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and concerns to the appropriate restaurant staff.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and assist in resolving minor concerns.
• Monitor guest flow and help maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Coordinate with waiters, supervisors, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Follow company service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist restaurant staff with other customer-service duties when required.
• Maintain high efficiency during peak hours and busy restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
