Home Bakery is seeking motivated and hardworking Female Commis 2 to join its kitchen team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in basic food preparation and cooking tasks while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational kitchen experience who are eager to grow in a professional culinary environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of kitchen experience as Commis III or in a similar entry-level kitchen role.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Basic proficiency in cooking techniques (sautéing, grilling, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain food quality standards.
• Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety procedures.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Female applicants only for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation and cooking activities.
• Perform basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, grilling, boiling, and food preparation.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain proper knife handling and food preparation practices.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production and service requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: SAR 2,700 – 2,900 per month
