Al Rashed Foods Company Limited is seeking experienced and reliable Fleet Technicians to support the maintenance and repair of company vehicles in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and roadworthiness of all fleet vehicles, including delivery trucks and service vehicles, through proper diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Fleet Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Fleet Technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in fleet vehicles.
- Ability to diagnose and repair engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, and other vehicle systems.
- Skilled in vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with commercial fleet operations is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to breakdown situations.
- Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of company fleet vehicles, including delivery trucks and service vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicle safety, roadworthiness, and compliance with company standards.
- Repair or replace defective components such as brakes, engines, tires, batteries, suspension systems, and other vehicle parts.
- Perform scheduled servicing such as oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups, and system checks.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for fleet vehicles.
- Respond to vehicle breakdowns and provide technical assistance when required.
- Ensure proper care, use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance protocols at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
