VEHICLE PROTECTION FILMS

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in vehicle protection film (PPF) installation.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Skilled in vehicle surface preparation, paint correction, and PPF application techniques.
• Experience using pre-cut software, squeegees, heat guns, and other specialized installation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, seamless installations.
• Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly wash, decontaminate, polish, and prepare vehicle surfaces before paint protection film installation.
• Measure and cut paint protection films manually or using pre-cut software to ensure precise alignment with vehicle panels.
• Apply paint protection films using specialized application solutions, squeegees, and installation techniques to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish.
• Use heat guns to shape and conform the film around complex curves, edges, bumpers, and other vehicle contours.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure proper adhesion, alignment, and overall quality.
• Remove imperfections, bubbles, or wrinkles while maintaining the integrity of the film.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards throughout the installation process.
• Coordinate with workshop personnel to complete vehicle protection projects efficiently and on schedule.
