SITE SUPERVIOR

Qualifications:

• Must have a proven supervisory background in building and construction.
• Experience with lightweight concrete systems (AAC/Hebel), EPS panels, render systems, formwork, or structural wall installation is highly preferred.
• Must hold a valid, non-expired Philippine Driver’s License.
• Must be willing and eligible to complete the required Queensland driving tests, including the written road rules test and practical driving test, to obtain a Queensland Driver Licence, subject to applicable requirements.
• Must be willing to complete the Australian Construction Induction (White Card) training online or upon arrival in Australia. Training guidance will be provided, according to the vacancy information.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
• Oversee construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
• Monitor the installation of lightweight concrete systems, AAC/Hebel blocks, EPS panels, render systems, formwork, and structural wall systems, as applicable to the project.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and work instructions to ensure proper implementation.
• Inspect workmanship and construction progress to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and promote safe working practices on site.
• Identify construction issues, delays, or defects and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain records of site activities, work progress, and safety matters as required.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and workers to support efficient project delivery.
