Liquid Detergent Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or a similar technical field.
• Previous experience operating liquid detergent, chemical, filling, mixing, bottling, or packaging machines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and identify equipment or production problems.
• Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of product quality inspection and packaging standards.
• Ability to follow operating procedures, production instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe production area.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or extended production hours when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate liquid detergent production and packaging machines according to established operating procedures.
• Check machine settings, production materials, containers, and other supplies before starting production.
• Monitor machine performance throughout the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
• Adjust machine settings, speed, filling levels, and other operating parameters as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Monitor production output and identify machine irregularities, product defects, or operational problems.
• Inspect finished liquid detergent products and packaging to ensure they meet required quality, quantity, labeling, filling, and packaging specifications.
• Identify and separate defective or improperly packaged products and report quality issues to the supervisor.
• Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and routine maintenance according to established procedures.
• Ensure production equipment is properly cleaned and ready for the next production cycle.
• Report machine malfunctions, breakdowns, unusual sounds, leaks, or other equipment problems to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Assist maintenance personnel with basic troubleshooting and equipment-related activities when required.
• Maintain accurate production and machine operation records as instructed.
• Keep the machine, production area, tools, and surrounding workspace clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety, hygiene, production, and quality control procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling machinery and production materials.
• Follow proper procedures when working with liquid detergent ingredients and finished products.
• Perform other machine operation and production duties assigned by management.
