Home Bakery is seeking skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring high-quality food preparation, consistency in recipe execution, and smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods. This role requires strong culinary expertise and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant culinary experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, classical cooking techniques, and recipe execution.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under high-pressure service conditions.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, food hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work long kitchen hours.
• Willing to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants only for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a designated kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Apply advanced cooking techniques and ensure proper food presentation.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating of dishes.
• Organize and prioritize daily kitchen tasks during busy service periods.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Monitor ingredient usage and assist in stock control and storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area.
• Support training and supervision of junior kitchen staff when required.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• SAR 2,200 to SAR 3,700 / month
• Food allowance: SAR 300 / month
• Free accommodation and transportation.
