Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Candidate must have valid passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to prepare and present food according to high hospitality standards
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation.
- Able to follow recipes, instructions, and portion standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to hotel recipes and standards.
- Assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and other food services.
- Ensure all food is fresh, properly prepared, and presented attractively.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and food presentation guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food storage and ensure ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
- Check food supplies and report shortages or damaged ingredients to the supervisor.
- Assist with menu preparation and other kitchen duties as assigned.
