FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only, as specified in the vacancy requirements.
• Age 22 to 32 years old.
• Minimum height of 156 cm.
• At least 2 years of college education or college-level studies.
• Must not be color blind.
• Computer literate.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a team and perform assigned production tasks.
• First-time applicants are welcome. Previous overseas work experience is not required, subject to the employer’s selection criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned tasks on the production line efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Operate basic machinery, production equipment, and computer systems as required.
• Assist with product assembly, sorting, handling, and inspection according to production specifications.
• Check products and components for defects and report quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality control guidelines, and standard operating instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned workspace.
• Record production information and complete basic computer-related tasks when required.
• Coordinate with supervisors and co-workers to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Report equipment malfunctions, production irregularities, and workplace hazards promptly.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.
