FACTORY WORKER

Qualifications:

• College graduate of Engineering courses related to Electronics and Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information-related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in factory work is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to work on shift schedules if required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production and manufacturing processes according to company standards.
• Operate and monitor factory machines and equipment used in electronics and semiconductor production.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
