Refrigeration Manager

Qualifications:

  • Master of Engineering Program, Major in Industrial Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Someone who can lead an engineering team to manage the maintenance, and capital expenditures for Ice Cream, Cold Chain, Condiments, and Beverages Plant.
  • Lead maintenance of Engineering Breakdowns, PM Work Order Closure through the implementation of maintenance management principles such as CMMS, Goal Alignment, and TPM.
  • Project management of Ice Cream Tray Tunnel Freezers including major ammonia refrigeration upgrade
    Experience in VFFS pouch filling machines for capacity increase of milkshake productions.
  • Management of smaller but important projects such as ice cream tub filler machines, new chocolate tanks, and popping corn machines.
  • Experience in leading and directing engineering teams to manage the maintenance, and capital expenditures for Ammonia Refrigeration Plant, Utilities, refrigerated containers, and freezers.
  • Coverage of PM Work Orders for critical equipment through CMMS, Goal Alignment, and TPM
  • Experience in Cold Chain breakdown managements and closure rates
  • Must have experience in company like Industrial Services Engineer, Nestle Philippines Inc., Cabuyao Plant, Laguna PH
  • Supervising engineering teams to manage the maintenance, and capital expenditures for Ammonia Refrigeration Plant, Utilities, and Wastewater
