Alduco Engineering Services is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (Site) to lead the execution of the Onshore Electrical Turnaround (TAR) 2026 project in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of the 10-week electrical turnaround project while managing a multidisciplinary team of electrical professionals.

As the Site Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all aspects of project execution, including HSE, quality, schedule, cost control, contract performance, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and extensive experience in managing large-scale Oil & Gas electrical turnaround projects.

PROJECT MANAGER (SITE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with a strong background in electrical projects.
• Dual Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Oil & Gas project execution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Project Manager or Site Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects.
• Proven experience managing Turnaround (TAR), Shutdown, Brownfield, Greenfield, or EPC projects within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in project cost control, budget management, schedule planning, and contract administration.
• Strong experience leading multinational and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, commissioning, testing, QA/QC, HSE management, and project execution methodologies.
• Familiarity with project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of international standards, including NFPA, IEC, IEEE, and Oil & Gas industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure turnaround environment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the 10-week Onshore Electrical Turnaround (TAR) project from mobilization through project close-out.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Alduco Engineering Services and the Client’s Site TAR Manager, E&I leadership team, and HSE Department.
• Manage and supervise a 20-person multidisciplinary electrical turnaround team, ensuring effective coordination and high performance.
• Monitor and control project costs, budgets, forecasts, and Variation Orders (VOs) to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain the project schedule using Level-4 planning and critical path analysis to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and all project HSE requirements.
• Maintain and manage the project risk register, proactively identifying project risks and escalating critical issues to senior management.
• Demonstrate visible safety leadership by conducting daily site safety walks, behavioral safety observations, and HSE meetings.
• Oversee the quality of all electrical testing records, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), commissioning documentation, and project close-out packages.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead daily progress meetings and provide regular reports on project performance, schedule, safety, quality, and commercial status.
• Mentor, coach, and develop project personnel while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, international engineering standards, client specifications, and company policies.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, technical reviews, audits, and project close-out activities.
