Dazaz Sugar Company is seeking a qualified Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, ensure operational efficiency, maintain product quality standards, and lead production teams to achieve company objectives safely and effectively.

Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Production Manager or in a related manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience in production, maintenance, planning, electrical systems, or PLC operations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing equipment, and operational procedures.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting production-related issues and improving operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and production planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet operational targets.
• Monitor production processes and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Develop and implement production schedules to achieve output and delivery requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, production specifications, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance, planning, quality control, and engineering departments to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate corrective actions when issues arise.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, train, and motivate production personnel to achieve productivity goals.
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare production reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
