Factory Worker

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of factory or manufacturing work experience is required.
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Others or a related field.
  • Experience working in a production line, assembly line, or manufacturing facility is preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift materials when necessary.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends as required by production demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, dependable, and willing to learn company production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment and industrial machinery in accordance with safety and operating procedures.
  • Assemble product components manually or using hand tools while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with production specifications.
  • Label, pack, and prepare finished goods for storage and shipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, production equipment, and surrounding work areas.
  • Report machine malfunctions, production issues, or workplace safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Follow company policies, quality control procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with handling, loading, and transporting raw materials and finished products as required.
  • Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors.
