Sales Lady (Department Store)

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants preferred
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Experience as a Sales Representative is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer, cashiering, and inventory skills are an advantage
  • Knowledge of department store operations is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting products and making informed purchasing decisions
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote products and achieve assigned sales goals
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Arrange and replenish merchandise displays to maintain an attractive sales floor
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control activities
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of assigned departments
  • Assist in receiving, labeling, and displaying merchandise
  • Support daily store operations and perform other duties assigned by management
