Installer / Heating and Plumbing Fitter

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Installer, Heating Fitter, Plumbing Fitter, or similar role.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift materials weighing up to 25 kilograms.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 10 meters while observing all safety procedures.
• Familiarity with mechanical tools, plumbing equipment, and heating system components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a construction team.
• A valid Category B (Passenger Car) Driver’s License is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble prefabricated timber-based building components, including walls, partitions, ceilings, and roof structures, according to construction plans and technical drawings.
• Install, maintain, and repair water supply, heating, and distribution systems, including pipelines, fittings, and branch connections.
• Assemble, install, adjust, and service radiators, convectors, boilers, pumps, valves, expansion vessels, and other heating system components.
• Install and connect sanitary fixtures, plumbing systems, and related mechanical equipment.
• Mount measuring, control, and regulation devices for heating and plumbing systems.
• Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and system inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Install plasterboard cladding with thermal and acoustic insulation, including joint finishing using trims and silicone sealants.
• Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations while working at elevated heights and handling heavy materials.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot heating and plumbing systems as required.
