STL/STR Supervisor (Steel/Structural Supervisor)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants preferred
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in steel/structural works
  • Experience in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial construction projects is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Structural steel erection
    • Fabrication and installation processes
  • Ability to read and interpret:
    • Structural drawings
    • Fabrication drawings
    • Project specifications
  • Proven experience in supervising construction teams
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Familiar with safety standards and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise steel and structural installation works on-site
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress and ensure project timelines are met
  • Inspect structural works to ensure quality and compliance
  • Enforce safety regulations and procedures at all times
  • Coordinate with engineers and project management teams
  • Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
  • Prepare daily reports and updates for management
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
