Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication works.
- Ability to operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience operating Salvagnini automatic panel bending machines.
- Familiarity with ELUMATEC SBZ 140 (4-Axis) machining centers and related production equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication plans, and production specifications.
- Strong knowledge of welding procedures, metalworking techniques, and quality standards.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to welding and fabrication equipment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production or construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding operations on various metal components according to engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain high standards of workmanship and product quality.
- Set up, operate, and monitor Salvagnini automatic panel bending machines to ensure accurate fabrication processes.
- Operate and assist in the production process using ELUMATEC SBZ 140 (4-Axis) machining centers.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect welded and fabricated components to verify compliance with quality and dimensional requirements.
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and corrective actions on fabricated products when necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of welding and fabrication equipment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, machine operators, and production personnel to achieve production targets.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
