Al Ittefaq Steel Company, one of the GCC’s leading steel manufacturers, is seeking motivated and hardworking Manufacturing Workers (Operators) to join its production team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist in steel manufacturing operations, operate production equipment, and help ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.
MANUFACTURING WORKER (Operator)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Experience in machining, construction, manufacturing, steel processing, factory work, fabrication, heavy equipment, assembly, or related industries is an advantage.
- Applicants without experience are welcome to apply, provided they are physically fit, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate in English. - Physically capable of performing manual labor in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and comply with company operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines and equipment used in steel manufacturing and processing.
- Assist in machining, fabrication, assembly, and material handling activities.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished steel products safely.
- Monitor machine operations and report any equipment issues or production abnormalities.
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine operational checks.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Ensure products meet company specifications and quality requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Strictly comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by supervisors.
